How to invite Members via E-mail

Open Members of the club and Import members

1. Click on Club in the top left corner
2. Click on Members
3. Click on the green Add Member button on the right of the screen
4. Click on Create member and select the team in which you want to create a member and click on pick
5. Then you can choose between three options to create the members. Choose Invite players.

Manually enters the email address of the member(s) and they will receive an email with a signup link. Only when the new member clicks on the sign-up link, he/she will be added to the team.

ATTENTION: when you send an invitation email, an individual link will be sent to the recipients. This link is valid only once. If, for example, siblings are invited, it makes sense to include the invitation link (above) in the email. This can be used as often as you like. Alternatively, the invitation email must be sent twice for each sibling.

• TIP: The invitation link (above) can also be shared in Whatsapp or Facebook groups etc.
